In 2005, vintner/philanthropists Joe and Pat Harbison were fortunate to find a small parcel of land on Oakville's east side and began development of their winegrowing estate, Harbison Estate. Sitting on the same uplifted alluvial fan and red volcanic dirt as its already famous neighbors, the site proved ideal for planting Cabernet Sauvignon. Planted to five small vineyard blocks, the property yields approximately 75 highly regarded cases of Harbison Estate Cabernet Sauvignon each vintage.

Celebrating 50 years! Just north of the town of Napa, where the valley’s earliest vineyards were planted in the 1800s, is Trefethen Family Vineyards. Gene and Katie Trefethen purchased this old winery and the surrounding vineyards in 1968.
