Admission-free.Presented in collaboration with Napa Valley College as part of their 6th Annual ¡Viva Mariachi! celebration, today’s Novack Concert for Kids features Mariachi Las Aguilitas de Davis Bilingual Elementary School in Tucson, Arizona, an award-winning ensemble whose members performed on Good Morning America in 2023. A pre-concert Mariachi instrument petting zoo organized by the Napa Valley Education Foundation’s Music Connection program gives students the opportunity to experience some hands-on learning about this rich musical tradition and its origins.

Young audience members will be introduced to the various elements of music including dynamics, tempo, texture, and form and will experience a pre-concert Instrument Petting Zoo starting at 9am.
