After the screening, stay for a lively conversation with some of the featured restaurateurs, plus tastes from their kitchens and expertly curated wines from Sbrocco herself. Set at the beautiful Culinary Institute of America at Copia campus, the evening celebrates the flavors, stories, and entrepreneurial spirit of Napa Valley’s vibrant food and wine scene.
