These three remarkable women — a swan princess, a literary muse, and a pioneering wine critic — inspire the long-lived wines crafted at Odette. Their presence is woven throughout the estate, from the wine label to the tasting room walls. Designed by renowned architect Juan Carlos Fernandez, the LEED Gold Certified winery is an homage to these legendary figures, its flowing architecture redolent of elegant evening gowns and their distinctive grace.

Odette invites guests to a gourmet lunch paired with the estate's acclaimed wines — including the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by Head Winemaker Andrew Haugen, celebrated for its signature "iron fist in a velvet glove" and a perfect 100-point debut from The Wine Advocate. Legendary, indeed.
