The prodigious siblings of the Breshears String Quartet have played music together since they were toddlers. Now, ranging from age 10 to 16, Dustin (violin), Starla (cello), Valery (violin), and Colin (viola) have performed as soloists and in ensembles from Argentina to Mexico to the UK (as well as on NBC’s Little Big Shots) and garnered gold medals at chamber music and solo competitions. Born and raised in the Bay Area, they attend both the San Domenico Virtuoso Program and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. The Quartet perform a special concert for the Festival’s Bouchaine Young Artist series.

Breshears String Quartet, also known as Stars Aligned Siblings / Little Stars Trio, is an all-sibling string quartet ages 10, 13, 15, and 16-years-old. They have toured internationally at festivals and events in the United Kingdom, Argentina, Mexico, and in the United States. The Breshears siblings have appeared on NBC TV's Little Big Shots with host Steve Harvey and on ITV's Little Big Shots in the U.K. They have performed as soloists and as a quartet at Iguazú en Concierto Festival in Argentina and at Festival Alfonso Ortiz Tirado in Mexico, Festival Napa Valley, Bear Valley Music Festival.
