The Festival Napa Valley / China Cultural Exchange builds on this legacy by presenting collaborative performances, education initiatives, and professional development programs. Supported by Olivia Hsu Decker and other generous patrons and sponsors and developed in partnership with Armstrong Music & Arts, the program brings communities together through a shared appreciation for music and the arts.
