Guests can relive the magic of summer's best moments with friends old and new, while savoring delectable bites crafted by acclaimed Chef Nash Cognetti and delicious wines. Festival Napa Valley’s 2025 Summer Season concludes with a symphonic program led by Stéphane Denève. Festival Orchestra Napa performs Mendelssohn’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream suite and Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet Suite, with artwork by students and seniors from the Festival’s How I See Music workshops. A grand finale celebration of music and storytelling.

Caymus Vineyards, founded in 1972 by Chuck Wagner and his parents, Lorna and Charlie, has roots in Napa Valley dating to the 1850s. Generations of dedication to viticulture have produced some of the region’s most celebrated wines, including the flagship Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Special Selection – the only wine to receive Wine Spectator’s prestigious Wine of the Year designation twice.

Nestled at the foot of the Vaca Mountain range in Rutherford, Quintessa is a truly majestic estate. Its organically and biodynamic-farmed vineyards are divided into distinct blocks, harvested and vinified individually to capture the unique character of the land. The estate’s crescent-shaped hillside winery blends seamlessly with the natural contours of the terrain, reflecting a vision of harmony between architecture and environment. This year’s Dance Gala, under Adrian Blake Mitchell’s artistic direction, features renowned dancers like Tiler Peck, Roman Mejia, Sasha De Sola, Joe Walsh, and Fabrice Calmels. Highlights include Other Dances, Light Rain, and a world premiere by Mitchell. Constance Stamatiou honors Judith Jamison with Cry, making this an unforgettable evening of movement and music.

B Cellars has built a reputation for its exceptional food and wine pairings — an experience rooted in the vision of founders Jim Borsack and Duffy Keys. Today's luncheon is a true expression of B Cellars’ dedication to culinary and winemaking excellence. Surrounded by breathtaking vineyards, guests will enjoy a curated farm-to-table menu paired with the winery’s standout selections.

Guests are invited to an unforgettable afternoon at Olive Hill, a dramatic, romantic, and magical estate in Carneros. Purchased by Tatiana and Gerret Copeland in 2020, the historic estate is just a mile from Bouchaine Vineyards and is home to 3,000 Italian olive trees, a gorgeous guest house, and a 3,500-square-foot barn, all surrounded by sweeping views of the area’s gently rolling hills.

The Versailles Royal Opera Orchestra takes the stage at this scenic Carneros estate for a program of baroque gems, as well as the Festival’s Opus One Premiere by Forrest Eimold, the 2025 Maria Manetti Shrem Daniel Brewbaker Composer Prizewinner. 

The Versailles Royal Opera makes its North American debut with Donizetti’s La Fille du régiment. Bursting with humor, romance, and vocal fireworks — including Tonio’s thrilling high Cs — this dazzling production features stunning costumes by Christian Lacroix and masterful direction by Jean-Romain Vesperini. Enjoy food and wine during intermission.

PlumpJack Estate Winery blends history, innovation, and a deep respect for the land to craft wines of exceptional character. Founded in 1995, the winery was created with the intention of embodying the camaraderie and enjoyment of its namesake — Shakespeare’s irreverent, wine-loving Sir John “PlumpJack” Falstaff.

Festival Napa Valley presents Disney’s Fantasia (1940) with live orchestral accompaniment by Festival Orchestra Napa. This animated masterpiece brings classical music to life with iconic scenes like The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and The Nutcracker Suite, celebrating the magic of animation and music as Disneyland marks its 70th anniversary.

Since 1982, Cardinale has been crafting Cabernet that embodies the elegance, power, and depth of Napa Valley’s most sought-after vineyards. Guests at today’s luncheon will have the opportunity to experience that harmony firsthand, tasting multiple vintages of Cardinale’s Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc, each paired with a curated seasonal menu that highlights Napa’s vibrant farm-to-table culinary culture.

The 2025 Manetti Shrem Opera Fellows perform a showcase of beloved opera scenes and musical gems together with Festival Orchestra Napa. Pianist-composer Forrest Eimold, the 2025 Maria Manetti Shrem Daniel Brewbaker Composer Prizewinner, takes center stage in a recital celebrating the piano works of Gordon Getty. Crowning opening weekend of Festival Napa Valley’s Summer Season, the Arts for All Gala is one of the nation's premier fundraisers for education and the arts, raising more than $28 million to date. This year's Gala features Grammy and Oscar-winning artist Jon Batiste at Nickel & Nickel, part of Far Niente Wine Estates. Kathryn and Craig Hall, lifelong art collectors with a passion for fine wine, invite guests to an evening that celebrates both. Known for their commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship, HALL produces some of Napa Valley’s most distinctive wines.

The Pacific Symphony and young pianist Tianxu An make their Festival debuts in a night of musical masterpieces. An performs Rachmaninoff’s Third Piano Concerto, known for its sweeping melodies and technical demands. The program also features Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Suite, conducted by Gavriel Heine, a timeless ballet score.

Beloved opera superstar Frederica von Stade takes center stage in a different way in Flicka, a documentary that follows her journey beyond the opera house. Through archival performances and intimate reflections, the film explores her enduring impact as an artist, mentor, and humanitarian. 

Trinchero Principal and Vice Chairman Bob Torres and his wife Maria welcome guests to an exclusive dinner celebrating family, legacy, and exceptional wine. Guests will be treated to a gourmet dinner thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of wines from Trinchero Family Estates — one of the most respected names in American winemaking. 

Festival Napa Valley launches its 19th season with a concert featuring Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato, violinist Tessa Lark, and conductor Clelia Cafiero. The program includes arias and songs ranging from Carmen to Over the Rainbow, world premiere orchestrations of songs from Gordon Getty’s The White Election arranged by Luna Pearl Woolf, and two beloved classics – Butterfly Lovers Concerto by Zhanhao/Gang and Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite.

Learn how those notes jump off the page and onto the screen in this masterclass presented by the Television Academy Foundation that will explore the creative, professional, and technical aspects of composing music for the screen. Emerging composers will come away with practical tools for success in the music and entertainment industries. Emmy and Grammy winner Carlos Rafael Rivera will lead the interactive session to share how he has honed the craft of composition and storytelling while navigating the creative process in Hollywood.

Festival Napa Valley celebrates Ennio Morricone’s groundbreaking contributions to the Spaghetti Western. With Sergio Leone’s signature visual style, Once Upon a Time in the West is defined by Morricone’s haunting whistles and dramatic melodies. This film is a sweeping Western set in the dying days of the Old West, where a struggle to control water in a dusty desert town entangles three hardened gunmen in an epic clash of greed, honor, and revenge.

Festival Napa Valley presents celebrates Ennio Morricone’s groundbreaking contributions to the Spaghetti Western. Widely considered as a landmark of cinema, A Fistful of Dollars launched the Spaghetti Western genre in 1964. Ming Luke guest conducts Festival Orchestra Napa in a fun and informative concert of favorites to showcase the full range orchestra instruments. Young audience members will be introduced to the various elements of music including dynamics, tempo, texture, and form and will experience a pre-concert Instrument Petting Zoo presented in collaboration with the Napa Valley College Music Department and Napa Valley Education Foundation's Music Connection program.

It’s springtime and that means it’s time to sing! A quartet of Aeternum Choir members brings the timeless beauty of the human voice and the universal language of music to young ears with songs about nature and spring. The award-winning PUBLIQuartet is an improvising string quartet whose repertoire blends genres and highlights American multiculturalism. In 2019 they garnered Chamber Music America’s prestigious Visionary Award for their outstanding and inventive approach to a broad range of musical styles and genres. This evening’s program includes new compositions interspersed with reinterpretations of music by Julia Perry, Duke Ellington, and Sun Ra.

PUBLIQuartet's fun, interactive workshops focus on the basics of improvisation and include games, demonstrations, and simple interactive exercises that explore key elements of all music: rhythm, harmony, melody, texture, and imagination. Workshop participants of all musical levels – from absolute beginner to highly experienced – are invited to explore on-the-spot music making guided by members of this civically minded and critically acclaimed ensemble.

Presented in collaboration with Napa Valley College as part of their 5th Annual ¡Viva Mariachi! celebration, today’s Novack Concert for Kids features a command performance by Mariachi Aztlán de Pueblo High School, made up entirely of high school students from Tucson, Arizona. A pre-concert Mariachi instrument petting zoo organized by the Napa Valley Education Foundation’s Music Connection program gives students the opportunity to experience some hands-on learning about this rich musical tradition and its origins.

Violinists Étienne Gara and Yu Eun Kim’s program features French chansons, Monti's "Czardas," Brahms' "Hungarian Dances," Vivaldi, Brazilian and Korean pop hits, and even Charlie Chaplin. Blending music with storytelling, the musicians share tales from their travels — including a playful performance for an audience of ostriches! It’s a spontaneous, interactive musical picnic filled with surprises and joy.

Festival Napa Valley partners with Napa Valley College and Shakespeare NV to bring school audiences a special matinee performance of Shakespeare’s beloved comedy As You Like It adapted and presented as a musical. Directed by Jennifer King with musical direction by Dr. Christina Howell.

Get ready to warm up your February with a Saturday morning of steelpan percussion as Benjamin Glasgow shares the music of Caribbean Carnival with young audiences. A special selection of Carnival themed children’s picture books will be available at the event and the Festival Napa Valley bubble machine bubbling. Dancing is strongly encouraged!

Step back in time with a family-friendly Saturday morning program of silent films and early animated cartoons brought to life on the Jarvis screen by live piano accompaniment and custom live sound effects. Celebrate the Lunar Year (Year of the Snake) with classical guitarist Meng Su. Born and raised in China and now based in San Francisco, Su has performed in over 30 different countries around the world in halls such as the Concertgebouw, Palau de Musica, Tchaikovsky Hall and the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
