Festival Napa Valley kicks off its 19th Summer Season in grand style with a concert featuring three extraordinary talents. Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato, hailed by The New Yorker as “perhaps the most potent female singer of her generation,” brings her remarkable vocal range and expressive depth to a selection of songs and arias. Tessa Lark, the 2022 Khaledi Prizewinner and a violinist celebrated for her agility and elegance, returns to the Festival Napa Valley stage to perform Butterfly Lovers Concerto, a lush work that blends Western symphonic traditions with Chinese folk melodies. Clelia Cafiero, recipient of the 2025 Joel Revzen Conducting Prize, makes her Festival debut. Joined by Festival Orchestra Napa, these three acclaimed artists set the stage for a season of unforgettable performances.

The program includes video artwork from the Kramlich Collection, in memory of Richard Kramlich.
