Tonight’s Patron Dinner takes place in one of Napa's most distinctive dining settings — the Culinary Garden at Copia, where beds of seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers, and perennials stretch across the grounds, framing the entrance with life and color. Fruit, citrus, and olive trees dot the landscape, while a dedicated pollinator garden and greenhouse complete the lush and immersive setting.
This remarkable garden provides the backdrop for an extraordinary wine and culinary experience hosted by Helen and Stanley Cheng, proprietors of Hestan Vineyards. Their family of wines showcases estate-grown fruit crafted by renowned Napa Valley winemakers Thomas Rivers Brown and Jeff Gaffner, whose work reflects the Cheng family's deep commitment to excellence, hospitality, and stewardship of the land.
Guests will enjoy an evening of inspired cuisine and exceptional wine, surrounded by the beauty, abundance, and atmosphere of this truly one-of-a-kind Napa destination.
