Christina Maxwell

New York City-based singer and actress Christina Maxwell is a rising international star. Maxwell has performed in concert across the globe, including with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in New York City and at the United Nations’ Annual Commission on the Status of Women, as well as alongside Italian tenor Pasquale Esposito in Italy and in solo performances in Paris, Tokyo, and Kyoto. On the Broadway scene, Maxwell was awarded the New York Musical Festival’s award for “Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role” as Laura Evans in Sonata 1962, and she appeared as Deanna Durbin and Judy Garland U/S in the Papermill Playhouse production of Chasing Rainbows. Maxwell made her Festival Napa Valley debut during the 2022 summer season, and she is quickly becoming a Festival favorite, headlining multiple concerts and events since. On television, Maxwell appears as the face and voice of Humira’s national commercial campaign. In addition to Humira, she has been featured in commercials for international brands such as Olay and Nissan. 

At the intersection of the arts and the corporate world, Maxwell passionately serves as Director of the global real estate firm Related Companies, where she advises on the company’s global art acquisition and leads their mental health strategy. In addition, she is the Executive Director of High Line Nine Galleries, Relate Companies’ collection of galleries in Chelsea, New York. Maxwell previously served as a Pediatric Oncology Arts Therapist for the New York City nonprofit RipRap, providing one-on-one music and art sessions to children battling cancer. She was named the 2012 Distinguished Young Woman of America for her excellence in scholastics, leadership, and talent, joining the ranks of celebrated women such as Dianne Sawyer and Deborah Norville and subsequently traveling the nation performing and speaking. Maxwell is a native of Asheville, North Carolina, and she graduated summa cum laude from University of Michigan’s acclaimed Musical Theatre program.
