A dynamic connector and purpose-driven creative, Kristin Miller brings over two decades of experience in community development, workforce strategy, and mission-aligned marketing to Festival Napa Valley. Her work has consistently strengthened the region’s economic vitality and cultural engagement.
A behind-the-scenes force for transformative initiatives—including the Give!Guide, the Culinary Training Academy with the Salvation Army, and the Napa Hospitality Industry Partnership—she fuses artistic vision with civic impact. As a longtime Napa Valley TV board member, she elevates public access media and community storytelling.
Her relationship with Festival Napa Valley began in 2014 as a volunteer, rooted in a shared belief in the power of the arts to transform lives. With a BA in Social Work from Oakland University and as a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley, she is dedicated to building bridges across sectors to expand access to education, creativity, and opportunity.
An active performer with chamber choirs, live bands, and the World Beat Dance Collective, Kristin embodies the intersection of art and community. She supports the Festival’s mission to enrich lives through music while expanding its reach and relevance across communities. Her deep ties to Napa, philanthropic circles, and international art enthusiasts make her a valuable ally in advancing community outreach, donor engagement, and program visibility locally and globally.
