Playbill Ad Specifications

Ad sizes and technical specifications are indicated below,
along with a link to upload them directly to our Dropbox server.

* All ads are black and white only. For best presentation, half-page ads should have a clear outside border, or image edges creating the outside border, to ensure a clear delineation between space ads sharing a page.

Due Dates

Ad orders must be received on or before May 1, 2018.
Digital ads must be delivered by May 15, 2018.

Publication trim size 5.5" x 8.5"

Digital Ad Requirements

All ad submissions must be PDF-x1a files uploaded to the festival’s Dropbox folder.

The PDF/X-1a files must have:

• all fonts embedded (True Type fonts cannot be used for Printing);
• color space that is Grayscale. No RGB, LAB or embedded color profiles (such as ICC profiles);
• resolution of all images: 300 dpi at the size of reproduction.
