Vines never lie. If the land is healthy and well cared for, so too will be the fruit born of it. St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery believes in that vital truth of terroir. So much so, they committed their over 500 acres of vinelands in Rutherford and Dollarhide Ranch, and the process of turning that fruit into wine, to Napa Valley Green certification. Each of St. Supéry’s bottles carries the Napa Green logo, signifying that they take good land stewardship and winemaking seriously.
Guests at today’s luncheon will celebrate this storied producer’s classic single varietal wines and blends. Today’s afternoon feast is hosted by St. Supéry CEO Emma Swain and created by estate chef Tod Kawachi, whose fresh farm-to-table fare is inspired by St. Supéry’s earth-first ethos.
