The Olivia Decker Power of Music Series travels abroad with a special concert event in Shanghai, China. Singer and actress Christina Maxwell and pianist Rieko Tsuchida are joined by violinist Sienna Peck in a performance of favorites ranging from pop to classical to jazz, highlighting the universal language of music and its unique ability to bridge cultures.
The event includes a reception with light refreshments.

Performers
Christina Maxwell is a New York City-based award-winning singer, actress, speaker and leader. Maxwell has performed globally as a soloist in engagements with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Lincoln Center, the United Nations, Festival Napa Valley, Santa Barbara Symphony, Festival of the Arts BOCA and more.
Since making her Carnegie Hall debut in 2011, pianist Rieko Tsuchida has performed internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. Tsuchida currently resides in New York and Paris, where her ensemble IMAGO is Ensemble-in-Residence at the Fondation des États-Unis, and she serves as Co-Artistic Director of Classical Music Collection Japan.
Sienna Peck has emerged as a sought-after multi-instrumentalist and string arranger. She has been featured on more than 30 albums by artists ranging from classical to pop music in major venues around the world. Most recently, her work on documentary Common Ground was Oscar Eligible for Best Original Score at the 96th Academy Awards.
