Position: Youth Corps Production Assistant
Classification: Paid Internship, 30+ hours per week depending on availability
Reports to: Senior Manager, Education and Community
Salary Range: $20/hour
Effective Date: June 2026 (Rolling start dates begin June 8 and end June 19. Internship ends July 24, 2026.)

Festival Napa Valley invites current college and recently graduated high school and college students to apply for its Youth Corps Production Assistant summer internship program — a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performing arts production and administration during the Festival’s dynamic Summer Season.
