Volunteers play a very important role at Festival Napa Valley. Their generosity as community housing hosts provide essential support for our summer educational programs and their work as concert ushers allow our public programs to take place in a safe and organized way. Special projects and programs year-round also benefit from volunteer support — we are always eager to learn more about the unique skills and professional backgrounds of our volunteers.
We work hard to ensure that volunteers have a positive and productive experience performing their volunteer duties. We believe behind every successful Festival Napa Valley program, event, and performance is a team of dedicated volunteers.

Interested in helping young musicians feel welcome in Napa Valley during Festival Napa Valley’s 2026 Summer Season? Join our Summer Academy Buddy Program from July 1-19! As a buddy, you’ll be paired with a small group of musicians, offering local guidance, hospitality, and a connection to our community.
