Festival Napa Valley brings its signature celebration of music, food and wine to New York City for a special fundraiser benefiting Project Healthy Minds on Thursday, September 7, 2023. The event marks the New York debut of Taste of Napa and features musical performances by several Festival Napa Valley favorites.
Singer and actress Christina Maxwell headlines the evening, performing Broadway hits, jazz standards and more with special guests including tenor Pasquale Esposito and musicians from the MET Opera Orchestra. The concert is part of Festival Napa Valley’s Olivia Decker Power of Music Series. Presented at Peak, one of the city’s most exciting and exclusive performance spaces perched high above the rooftops of Manhattan on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, the evening includes a reception featuring Napa Valley wines from Aloft, Blackbird Vineyards, Dark Matter Wines, and Trinitas Cellars.
"We are happy to benefit the important work of Project Healthy Minds,” said Festival Napa Valley President and CEO Richard Walker. “Festival Napa Valley’s intention is to bring the life-affirming power of the arts to all. Contributing to mental wellness, including through arts education opportunities for youth, is vital to our mission.”
The Festival’s Olivia Decker Power of Music Series showcases globally recognized performing artists and emerging talent in live presentations on spectacular stages.
