| COLOR | All colors need to be created in the CMYK format. RGB or Pantone elements must be converted to CMYK. |
| IMAGE RESOLUTION | High resolution, 300dpi final size is recommended for all images. Images under 300dpi can result in poor quality print with a grainy appearance. |
| BLEEDS | All full page bleed ads need artwork to be extended to 0.125" past trim size on all sides. Page trim size is 8"W x 10.875"H. |
| MARGINS | Copy, logos, or important design elements should not be placed closer than 0.25" from trim. |
| CROP MARKS | Refrain from including crop marks as trim boxes are defined within PDFs especially files are exported by Adobe products. |
| FILE FORMATS | Files should be supplied in a PDF/X1 a press ready format. All fonts must be embedded and file must be flattened. |

| IMAGE RESOLUTION | High resolution, 300dpi with a minimum of 1920 pixels wide is required for all photo submissions. JPG and PNG file types are preferred. |
| LOGO RESOLUTION | High resolution, 300dpi is required for all logo files. Vector versions (EPS or AI files) are preferred. |
