Manetti Shrem Opera Program

June 24 - July 19, 2026

 

The Manetti Shrem Opera Program is a comprehensive celebration of the vocal arts, offering tuition-free summer training that supports the creative careers of exceptionally talented singers and pianists.

Participants will enjoy a rich array of performance and training opportunities, including appearances with orchestra, private lessons with artists-in-residence, specialized coaching and masterclasses, acting training, and consultations about careers & casting. Participants may also be considered for the cast of the new opera, The Judgment of Paris, by Jake Heggie & Gene Scheer. Housing and most meals are provided, along with a modest stipend for in-town travel.
