Considered a “pioneer of progressive American cooking,” Palmer has received over 20 Michelin stars and consults 15 food and beverage outlets through the Charlie Palmer Collective.
Charlie Palmer Steak and Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar operate out of the Archer Hotel Napa, where Chef Palmer shapes menus that invite guests to savor the surrounding wine country flavors.
Most recently, Palmer launched Appellation, a hotel company aimed at sharing the language of food and embracing what it means to be authentically local.
