EVENT SCHEDULE
 

9am to 10:30am — Vendor Load-In
11am - 3pm — Taste of Napa Event
3pm - 4pm — Vendor Strike

PARTICIPATION BENEFITS
 

  • Recognition on Festival Napa Valley's website, eblasts, and social media, reaching over 100,000 people.
  • Inclusion in the Festival's annual magazine, Crescendo, distributed to 50,000 households and businesses (must confirm participation by February 28, 2025 to be included).
  • Inclusion in the Taste of Napa Passport, an interactive event guide distributed to all Taste attendees.
  • Complimentary General Admission passes to a 2025 Festival Napa Valley Summer Season concert.

RESTAURANT PARTNERS ARE ASKED TO PROVIDE
 

  • Tasting samples for 800 to 1,000 guests
  • All serviceware needed for samples
  • Tabletop menu sign and decor
  • Marketing materials to put out on your table day of event
  • Extension cords to plug into power source (if applicable)
  • Staff to host your table and serve samples at the event
  • Copy of California Food Handler card

FESTIVAL NAPA VALLEY TO PROVIDE
 

  • 6-foot table with linen (food partners provided with second prep table)
  • 8.5”x11” framed signage including your business name and logo
  • Umbrellas for shade
  • Ice
  • Standard 20-amp outlet for food partners as needed (excluding extension cords)
  • Festival Napa Valley branded napkins
  • Water
  • Go-vinos
  • Crew credentials
  • Stamps for Passport
  • Wine dump buckets

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
 

  • February 28 — Deadline to register and be featured in Crescendo Magazine
  • March 1 — Announcement and tickets go on sale
  • June 15 — Deadline to confirm what food samples will be served at the event. Deadline to submit copy of California food handler card.
