Lydia Fenet

“There is an unbelievable amount of strength in numbers, in groups, in support, in connection. Connect, engage, inspire and lead.”

World renowned auctioneer and founder of the first auctioneering talent agency (Lydia Fenet Agency), Lydia Fenet is a trailblazer who is reshaping the landscape of her industry. In her two decades as a Global Managing Director at Christie’s, Lydia became the lead charity auctioneer for the firm single-handedly raising more than $1 billion for non-profits and mastering the art of commanding rooms, inspiring confidence, and leading with poise.

But Lydia’s influence extends far beyond the auction block. She is the author of two bestselling books, The Most Powerful Woman in the Room Is You and Claim Your Confidence, and the host of the Rockefeller Center-sponsored podcast “Claim Your Confidence.”

Widely recognized for her poise and power onstage, she has stood alongside celebrities including Bruce Springsteen, Hugh Jackman, Elton John, Matt Damon and Jerry Seinfeld to raise record-breaking donations for the most notable charities across the globe. Her ability to empower and inspire resonates deeply with audiences, and continues to grow as she sold her first book, The Most Powerful Woman in the Room is You to Hulu and is executive producing the TV series SOLD with writer Stacy Greenberg and showrunner Sharon Horgan.

Lydia is represented by CAA and travels internationally as a keynote speaker, empowering others to reach their full potential. Her keynote, Own The Room: Uplevel your Executive Presence has been featured at the Female Founder Collective summit, Female Founder’s Fund summit, and Hearst Summit, and she will be at the ChiefX summit this fall. She is also a contributing writer for Fast Company, having penned articles on building confidence, achieving career success, and mastering the art of negotiation. She lives in NYC with her husband and three children.
