Live Arts Global

A Night at the Ballet is a production that was first performed for film and streaming services in the middle of the pandemic to provide dancers, crew, and staff involved in performing arts much-needed financial support, as well as to remind viewers at home what they love about dance. Featuring top performers in works and excerpts from across the world of dance, the show was a hit with viewers. In the spirit of the original, A Night at the Ballet now presents the very best of the dance world to live audiences of the United States. The evening features a range of works, from classical to contemporary, performed by dancers from San Francisco Ballet, Houston Ballet, and more.

A Night at the Ballet is produced by Live Arts Global, a team of three female artists who work to spread art and dance to a wider audience. Christine Shevchenko is a principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre, Melanie Hamrick is a choreographer and former dancer with American Ballet Theatre, and Joanna DeFelice is a choreographer, contemporary artist, and producer. Together, these women continue to perform, create, and produce events around the world.
