Jeanette Vecchione-Donatti

Internationally acclaimed soprano Jeanette Vecchione-Donatti is a thrill to audiences both in the opera house and on the concert stage. She has graced the stages of the Vienna State Opera, Paris Opera, Theatre des Champs Elysees, Oper Köln, Teatro del Opera di Trieste, Teatro Massimo di Catania, Teatro Mario del Monaco, Teatro Auditorio Escorial, Quincena Musical de San Sebastian, Opera Toulon, and Florida Grand Opera, among others. As a soloist, she has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Musica Riva Festival, and the Musashino Music Festival, as well as with orchestras such as the Philharmoniker Hamburg, Haifa Symphony, NDR Radiophilharmonie Hannover, and Santa Barbara Symphony. Her notable roles include Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor, Amina in La Sonnambula, and Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte.

Donatti’s accolades include awards from the Licia Albanese Puccini Foundation, Concorso Riccardo Zandonai, Renata Tebaldi Competition, Mario Lanza Competition of Philadelphia, Concorso Mario Lanza di Filignano, Giulio Gari Foundation, Bel Canto Competition, National Opera Association, Opera Pienza, Concorso Internazionale di Maria Caniglia, and Concorso Lirica di Toti dal Monte. Donatti received a full scholarship to attend the Juilliard School, from which she received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Music.
