Auberge du Soleil, founded in 1981 by Claude Rouas and Bob Harmon, began as Napa Valley’s first fine-dining restaurant, inspired by Provence. Its success led to the addition of a luxury inn, now a 50-room retreat nestled amid 33 acres of olive and oak trees, epitomizing wine country elegance.
