Vintner's Luncheon at ADAMVS

To connoisseurs of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, few names have more cachet than ADAMVS. Expressive and elegant, ADAMVS wines are produced from grapes grown on a 28-acre mosaic of small vineyard blocks on Howell Mountain, nearly 2,000 feet above the valley fog and surrounded by fir and oak forests. The grapes, influenced by the iron-rich soil and sunny climate, develop a lush ripeness that gives each ADAMVS vintage its character and complexity. Denise and Stephen Adams invite guests to the idyllic and intimate natural setting of ADAMVS for this Vintner’s Luncheon, where patrons will savor their award-winning wines along with exceptional cuisine.

ADAMVS

Atop Napa Valley’s Howell Mountain rests 80 acres of wild beauty, known as the ADAMVS Estate. From 2008, vintners Denise and Stephen Adams have farmed 27 planted acres using the organic and biodynamic methods. ADAMVS, derived from Latin and meaning "borne from our red earth" captures this exalted terroir; undulating hillsides of volcanic rock reaching 2000 feet in elevation.
