What would a Duchess and a Prince dance to? Come hear for yourself during an evening of music fit for royal ears at the historic Charles Krug Winery, one of the world’s great wine estates. Tonight’s celebration features the brilliant British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason, who drew raves performing at the 2018 royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Kanneh-Mason performs some of the same pieces he played at the royal wedding, under the baton of renowned conductor Daiana García, and accompanied by the superb Havana Chamber Orchestra, who return to Festival Napa Valley by popular demand.

Sheku Kanneh-Mason, one of the brightest young stars on the classical music scene, became a household name worldwide in May 2018 after performing at the Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at Windsor Castle, which was watched by nearly two billion people around the globe.
Daiana García has conducted all of the symphony orchestras of Cuba, in the country’s most important venues. Since 2011, she has been music director of the Havana Chamber Orchestra, and since 2004, she has regularly conducted the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba, for which she is now the assistant conductor.
The Havana Chamber Orchestra is composed of young musicians who graduated from the Higher Institute of Art in Cuba. Since 2011, the HCO has been conducted by Daiana García. Festival Napa Valley is thrilled to welcome the HCO and García back to Napa following their exciting performances in 2017.
