Patron Dinner at B Cellars

Food has always been central to the experience at B Cellars. This is hardly surprising, since it was at a Fourth of July barbeque, back in 2002, that B Cellars’ founders Jim Borsack and Duffy Keys met.

Over a few glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon, surrounded by the stunning scenery of Napa Valley, they realized they had a shared goal: to craft complex, perfectly balanced, artisanal wines. And, along with winemaker Kirk Venge (named “One of the Top 20 New Winemakers in the World” by Food & Wine magazine), they did just that.

Guests at today’s Patron Dinner will experience B Cellars’ superbly crafted wines, paired with a gourmet meal, served alfresco against the beautiful Napa Valley landscape.

The B Cellars name and logo stand for a commitment to seasonless excellence. The letter ‘b’ and the degree symbol º refer to BRIX, a wine term which defines the optimal sugar/alcohol content in grape juice that indicates the potential for greatness. B Cellars is committed to the artisan approach, creating perfectly balanced and complex wines.
