Claire and Steven Stull welcome guests to their home high above the Stags Leap District for the annual Founders Dinner. This evening is a tribute to the benefactors and patrons whose vision, encouragement and support launched Festival Napa Valley 17 years ago, and to the major supporters of the 2022 season.
It is hard to tell where the house stops and the landscape begins at the Stull’s breathtaking Mediterranean-style residence. Perched at 1,200 feet, it commands knockout panoramic vistas of Napa Valley and the San Francisco Bay. The home boasts a wrap-around stone terrace, a secret wine cave, and a beautiful trellised loggia.
Tonight’s dinner features an exclusive preview of the Festival’s program, along with an exquisite four-course tasting menu created by La Saison, paired with fine wines from Darioush, QTR, and The Napa Valley Reserve. With an eagle nest’s vantage point of the surrounding mountains, vineyards, and splendor of Napa Valley, guests will toast the start of the spectacular 2022 season.
