Festival Napa Valley is committed to ensuring the health and safety of visitors, performers, and employees. We are in close communication with public health authorities to ensure compliance with official policies, and are partnering with the St. Helena Hospital Foundation and other experts to develop and implement health and safety protocols.
All Festival Napa Valley public events will take place outdoors with a reduced audience size. In addition, the following guidelines will be in place in accordance with current guidelines:
We encourage anyone who is feeling unwell not to attend. If you need to cancel your plans , please call the box office at 707.346.5052 to discuss your ticket options. Tickets may be exchanged, refunded, or returned to the Festival as a tax-deductible donation.
Please find seating charts below for concerts at Charles Krug. We will assign seats in the order that ticket reservations are received, and will be in touch closer to the event with your seating details. We kindly ask guests to bring their tickets to the event for a touchless scanned ticket entry.

In accordance with the California Department of Public Health’s guidance for Outdoor Seated Live Events and Performances issued March 26, 2021, reservations for Festival Napa Valley 2021 may only be made for in-state visitors and only one household per reservation at this time. Updated California Department of Public Health guidance will be posted when available.
