Chef Charles Phan is bringing his famed restaurant, the Slanted Door, to Napa, and you and your friends can christen the newest outpost of his acclaimed modern Vietnamese cuisine. Chef Phan will host you at a celebratory pre-opening dinner for eight couples, with superb food and exclusive wines.
A San Francisco dining destination since 1995, the Slanted Door debuted in the Mission District before moving to the Ferry Building, then added locations in San Ramon and Las Vegas. Along the way it gained fame and accolades for a fresh, farm-to-table approach and garnered two James Beard Foundation Awards — Best Chef California in 2004, and Outstanding Restaurant in 2014.
Complementing Chef Phan’s contemporary cuisine is a selection of wines curated by Dana Estates. Located at the base of Napa Valley’s Mayacamas Mountains, in the heart of the historic Rutherford appellation, Dana’s single-vineyard wines capture the character of the terroir. It’s a perfect pairing for an unforgettable evening of food, festivity, and friends.
