The lavender-dotted 100-acre parcel of Calmére Estate Winery lives up to its serene name—a combination of the French words for calm, with its dappled sunlight and acre upon acre of Pinot and Chardonnay vines, and sea, apropos for its position facing the stunning San Pablo Bay. Sisters and second generation vintners Ariana and Lisa Peju invite guests to enjoy a lovely al fresco lunch at their serene winery, and to get an inside look at what the next generation of Napa has in store.

Calmére Estate Winery
In 2016 the Peju family purchased 100 acres in Carneros and a state-of-the-art winery. Lisa and Ariana Peju then spent two years developing a brand that represented their vision and captured the spirit of the unique property. The beautiful Calmére Estate Winery represents the next generation of Napa Valley and beautifully showcases the terroir of Carneros through Burgundian varietals like Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The name Calmére comes from the French words for calm (calme) and sea (mer). The winery offers a serene location and stunning views of the bay – and wines that are just as stunning.
