Founded in 1988 by the visionary conductor, composer and educator Francisco J. Núñez, the acclaimed Young People’s Chorus of New York City is a powerful ensemble whose repertoire includes choral classics, spirituals, pop songs, and original compositions. Praised by The New York Times for performances “affecting vocal beauty and impressive skill,” the Chorus performs this free concert for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.
