She captured the world’s attention on American Idol, then went on to win multiple Grammys and countless other awards – including an Oscar for her very first film, Dreamgirls. She was handpicked by Aretha Franklin to play the Queen of Soul in the upcoming biopic, Respect. She sang at President Obama’s inauguration, at the Super Bowl, at the NBA All-Star Game in honor of Kobe Bryant. She is the stuff that dreams are made of.
She is Jennifer Hudson. A global superstar with a voice as big as her heart. And she is bringing that formidable voice and her unbridled charisma to Festival Napa Valley for one of the most inspiring events of the year: the Arts for All Gala.
Festival Napa Valley’s donors, sponsors and partners share a passion to make the arts accessible to all. Thanks to their generosity, the Arts for All Gala has become Wine Country’s premier arts charity event and one of the leading fundraisers for arts education in the nation. This year’s Gala at HALL St. Helena promises to be an unforgettable evening of wine, music, and philanthropy.
With the magnificent Mayacamas mountains as a backdrop, guests will be treated to a lavish dinner paired with exquisite wines from HALL and WALT. The festivities continue with a live auction featuring the money-can’t-buy luxury lots that Festival Napa Valley is renowned for. Capping off the evening is a powerhouse performance by the one and only Jennifer Hudson.
Proceeds from the Gala fund free and affordable access to world-class performances, public school arts education programs in Napa County, and scholarships for emerging musicians—endeavors we all can raise a glass to.
HALL Napa Valley

HALL Wines blends traditional techniques, modern technology, and a commitment to environmental responsibility to produce exceptional California-style Bordeaux varietals that are an expression of the terroir from which they come. Indeed, sustainability is HALL’s guiding principle, expressed not merely in its LEED® Gold certified facilities or its organic vineyards, but also in its enduring commitment to supporting the arts in Napa Valley and beyond.
