A Juilliard and Columbia double-degree student under Itzhak Perlman, she plays the 1722 ‘Lord Wandsworth’ Stradivari and is a rising star in both solo and chamber music.
Born in New York City, sixteen-year-old Fiona Khuong-Huu studies the violin with Professors Li Lin and Kenneth Renshaw at the Juilliard Pre-College division. She has won first prize at the 2017 Grumiaux Competition and third prize at the 2019 Louis Spohr Competition, and she was recently awarded a prestigious career grant award from the Salon de Virtuosi.
