Jordan Donica is currently starring as Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson in the national tour of Hamilton. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Donica just completed a run starring as the leading man, Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny, in the historic Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera.
Donica recently graduated from Otterbein University with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Cum Laude. He was a featured artist in the 2017 Washington National Opera gala at the Kennedy Center, as well as at the recent American Songbook Hall of Fame celebration with Michael Feinstein. He will be appearing with Feinstein again with the Pasadena Symphony in August 2017.
Donica’s directing credits include the 2015 festival play Little Prints, written by Anna Mulhall. His regional credits include: Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Weathervane Playhouse, Ensemble in South Pacific and Featured Performer in The Greenshow with the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Captain/Hennessy in Dames at Sea with Otterbein Summer Theatre, and Romeo in Romeo and Juliet at Noblesville Shakespeare in the Park, for which he won an Indianapolis Mitty Award for Most Impressive Actor in 2013. His film credits include Coda: An Independent Film by Abe Purvis.
